1. Are the products original?

Yes, all our products are 100% original, from renowned brands.

2. Do you have sizes available?

The available sizes are always indicated on each product. If you cannot find the size you are looking for, it means it is out of stock. You should always contact the store to find out when it will be restocked.

3. How can I be sure of the right size?

Each brand may have slight measurement differences. We recommend that you consult the brand's size guide or contact us for assistance.

4. Can I reserve a product?

We do not take reservations. We only guarantee the product after payment of the order.

5. How long does delivery take?
  • Mainland Portugal: 24h to 48h after dispatch.

  • Islands and International: delivery time varies, please confirm with us before ordering.

  • Dropshipping products: may take up to 7 business days to reach us. Upon receipt, they are analyzed and only then shipped to the customer.


6. Can I track my order?

Yes, the tracking number can be requested at the time of purchase (there may be an additional shipping cost via communication channels).

7. Can I return a product?

We only accept returns if the product is defective.

8. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are possible, as long as the customer covers the transportation costs.
